Visiting this website
When you visit the website, technical connection data may be processed, including your IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, the referring page and the time of access. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its security and diagnose technical problems. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website.
Intro-session requests
When you submit the intro-session form, we process your name, email address or WhatsApp number, programme choice and any optional message you provide. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, arrange an introductory session and, if you choose to join, prepare the requested training relationship. Required fields are needed so that we can respond; optional fields may be left blank. Please do not submit medical information or other sensitive personal data through the form.
Legal basis
Form data is processed on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where your request concerns a possible training relationship, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time by email. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Form submissions are stored in the site's Cloudflare D1 database. A notification copy is sent to Ronin Circle by email through FormSubmit, which processes and may temporarily retain the submitted information to deliver that message. These providers receive only the data needed to provide their respective services. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area; where required, transfers are protected by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to participation are deleted when they are no longer needed, normally within six months. Records connected with a booking or contract may be retained for the periods required by German tax and commercial law. Technical logs are retained by the hosting providers only for the periods needed to operate and secure their services.
External links and tracking
The website links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Data is sent to those providers only when you follow the relevant link, and their own privacy notices then apply. We do not use advertising pixels, behavioural tracking or automated decision-making on this website.
Your rights
Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
